I think 4 words that describe me the best in gym are
Hardworking- I push myself really hard when we are doing stuff like the beep test so i can at least get a
higher number then last time.
Participation- I participate in everything my class does, I wanna get fit so the first step is to participate and try to work past my limit.
Helper- I usually stay until everything is put back and help out so everyone doesn't have to leave late because of the lack of helpers.
On Time- I am always in the gym right when the bell rings because i don't think theirs a point in being late
your just missing half of your class and will wonder what we are doing and waste the classes time because we have to explain it all again.
In gym i think i deserve an A because I do try my best and do try to motivate my self by saying
your doing this for your own good, or if they can do it i can to and don't give up. I do bring my gym strip,
i change before and after class because theirs no point in going to your next class all sweaty and no one wants to sit with you. I am honest with stuff like what I got on the beep test even if it was bad i just got to get over it and try harder next time. At home i try to eat healthier by not looking into the cupboards and looking into the fridge for fruits or just something that will keep me full for a longer period of time. After i am finished homework i go onto the treadmill for 25 min and just run. Its harder in the winter cause in the summer me and my brother would just go outside and start playing with a football or anything but as of right now its way to cold, i cant take my bike out either and i could bike for hours in the summer and its good for you and gets me away from the world. I think I deserve a G because I listen and pay attention in class and make sure i know what im doing an make sure the people around me no to. Next Semster I am gonna work extra hard and put more into my blog!
Alyssa, continue to write honest and accurate posts. I have noticed that you help out a lot with the set up and take down of equipment. Continue to push yourself and work hard during fitness days and class activities. I think it's great that you try to be as active as possible outside of school. Your positive attitude and outlook on fitness and exercise is one reason why you are so successful.
